Sometimes Syringoma recur after the cosmetic treatment. It does not matter what type of cosmetic procedure you undergo. Syringomas can return even if you use laser, electrofulguration or others. This is because Syringomas are familial therefore even if removed completely they can recur. In case Syringoma recur, further cosmetic treatment may be required. No much can be done to avoid recurrence and in some cases the syringomas grow back almost as soon as they are removed.
